At TaazaCart, we’re dedicated to delivering the freshest fruits and vegetables — straight from trusted farms to your kitchen. While we don’t accept traditional returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a fair and transparent Refund Policy to ensure your satisfaction is never compromised.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Spoiled Products

  • If your items arrive visibly damaged, rotten, or fermented

  • Includes cases of squashing, leakage, or spoilage due to handling or transit delays

2. Wrong Product Delivered

  • You received a different variety, size, or quantity than what you ordered.

3. Order Not Delivered

  • If your order is marked delivered by the courier but you did not receive it.
  • If your package is lost in transit and cannot be traced within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Delayed Delivery

  • If your order is delivered more than 7 days after dispatch and the items are no longer in usable condition due to the delay

Refund Request Timeline

To request a refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Submit your request via email or WhatsApp along with:
    • Clear photographs or a video showing the issue
    • Order ID and contact details

We reserve the right to reject claims submitted after 24 hours or with insufficient documentation.

Refund Method & Timeframe

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
    • Processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

    • Taste or Sweetness Issues: Fresh produce may vary naturally in flavor and ripeness

    • Minor Skin Marks or Size Differences: These are normal and not considered defects

    • Incorrect Address: If the order wasn’t delivered due to a wrong address or unavailability of the recipient

    • Late Claims: Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible
