TaazaCart sells fresh, seasonal produce including fruits and vegetables sourced directly from trusted farms and grocery items.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in size, color, sweetness, or ripeness may occur due to the natural nature of produce.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and confirmation via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or invalid details.
If an order is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary based on seasonality, availability, and mango variety.
- Payments must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.)
- We do not store your payment information — it is processed securely by third-party providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of harvest.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on location.
- Exact timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
- Delivery is complete once the order is marked as delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not offer returns.
You may request a refund or replacement in case of:
- Damaged or spoiled mangoes
- Incorrect item or quantity received
- Non-delivery within reasonable time
You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

All content on the TaazaCart website — including text, logos, images, and graphics — is the property of TaazaCart and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TaazaCart is not liable for:

Delivery delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect shipping details
Taste preferences or natural variations in produce
