At TaazaCart, we’re committed to delivering the freshest produce — straight from the farm to your doorstep — with care, speed, and reliability. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, timelines, and what you can expect in case of any issues.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to most cities and towns across India. If your location isn’t serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 working days of harvesting.
We only dispatch fresh produce — no cold storage inventory — so delivery might be delayed slightly during low harvest periods or adverse weather.
You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Metro areas may receive faster service; remote regions may take a bit longer.
While delays are rare, weather or courier disruptions can occasionally occur. We’ll keep you informed if they do.
4. Packaging & Handling
Every order is packed in shock-resistant, ventilated boxes to protect freshness and minimize transit damage.
Our packaging ensures ideal temperature and airflow, so your fruits arrive just the way they left the farm — fresh and intact.
Return & Replacement Policy
We understand that fresh produce is delicate. While we don’t offer traditional returns due to perishability, we promise to make things right if something goes wrong.
You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:
Items arrive damaged, spoiled, or crushed
You receive the wrong item, size, or quantity
Your package is lost or arrives well beyond the promised delivery window
Important Conditions:
Raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or we’ll send a replacement immediately, subject to stock
Non-Eligible Situations:
- Minor cosmetic marks or natural size variations
- Delivery delays due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
- Dissatisfaction with taste or sweetness, as seasonal produce can vary
Each case is assessed individually. We reserve the right to make the final decision on refunds or replacements.
